Hello, I'm Debbie Schroetter.

Counselling & supervision rooted in relationship.

I'm an experienced counsellor & supervisor, with many years of experience supporting people through a wide range of personal & professional challenges.

I established my private practice in 2015 &, alongside my private work, have worked across a variety of settings including schools, charities & organisational environments. These experiences have shaped the way I work & given me a broad understanding of the different circumstances that can bring someone to counselling.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy — MBACP (Accred).

I qualified as a clinical supervisor in 2019, & supervision is now an important part of my professional practice. I work with trainee & experienced counsellors, as well as practitioners within organisations.

I believe the relationship between counsellor & client is central to the work. I bring warmth, curiosity & experience to that relationship, while recognising that everyone's circumstances & reasons for seeking counselling are different.
